Enhance Risk Management: Joint Travel Bookings Now Available

Release date: April 29, 2025

We’re excited to introduce Joint Travel Bookings – a new feature designed to help you manage the risks of group travel. This feature automatically detects when multiple travelers are booked on the same flight, giving you better visibility and control.

Key Benefits:

  • Customizable threshold: Set notifications based on the number of travelers on the same itinerary to align with your organization’s travel policies.

  • VIP threshold: Configure a separate threshold for VIP travelers to stay informed when key personnel travel together.

Joint Travel Bookings is available to all customers with travel booking functionality. The system flags a booking when the number of travelers on the same itinerary meets or exceeds the configured threshold.

Additional Features:

  • Email Subscription: Administrators can subscribe daily email summaries in the Personal Settings page to receive updates on joint travel bookings.

  • Booking Overview: In the Travel Data module, Joint Travel Bookings are highlighted with a yellow badge.

We hope this feature improves your travel risk management. For assistance, please contact our Client Development team.

Improvements to the Facility Management Module

Release date: April 1, 2025

We have now improved bulk facility management by introducing an export function. This update allows users to export facility data to an XLSX file, making it easier to manage and update large datasets. The exported file follows the same structure as the import template, ensuring seamless handling. Existing facilities can be updated in bulk, while new ones can be added as needed. Each export includes the UUID, which enhances compatibility with APIs. The import preview clearly indicates which facilities will be updated or added, providing better control over data management.
