Improved PNR visibility: clearer GDS and TMC information in the web portal

Release date: February 10, 2026

We’re introducing an update to how Travelbooking account information is displayed in the web portal, aimed at giving you clear insight into where a PNR comes from and making it easier to act when something doesn’t look right.

Starting today, you’ll see more precise and consistent information for PNRs in the web portal:

  • Clear GDS information: The list shows the name of the GDS (such as Amadeus and Sabre)

  • TMC visibility: A new TMC field will show which Travel Management Company a PNR originates from — even when multiple TMCs use the same GDS.

  • Account information: A new field on which identifier is used

  • New columns in the PNR overview: You can now view GDS and TMC directly as table columns and filter PNRs by GDS and TMC to quickly narrow down results

These improvements make PNRs easier to understand at a glance and simpler to troubleshoot by clearly showing where a PNR originates and which TMC is responsible. This helps you quickly identify the right point of contact when something is wrong and reduces the time spent investigating unclear or incomplete PNR data.
