This streamlines processes like traveler tracking and emergency response while reducing manual work and errors.

Supported HR Integrations

Workday integration

Safeture integrates seamlessly with Workday, a leading HR platform. By connecting Workday, you can automatically sync employee profiles, and organizational data to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Safeture services.

Data from Workday is synced every 10 minutes.

Azure Active Directory Integration

Safeture integrates with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) to provide a secure and efficient connection to your organization's employee directory. This integration enables automatic synchronization of user data, including roles, contact details, and group memberships, ensuring your TRM system remains accurate and up to date.

To sync HR data via Azure, the following steps must be completed:
The client must register a web application in Azure, configure a Client Secret, and grant read access to two Microsoft APIs (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity-platform/quickstart-register-app?tabs=certificate ):

Safeture needs the following:

TenantID (The ID of the client account in Azure)
ClientID (The ID of the app the client needs to register as described above)
ClientSecret (The secret that allows Safeture to access the app)
GroupID (The ID of the Azure group we will sync)
Email (An email address to which Safeture will send daily sync reports (configurable)

The client needs to grant the app the following read access permissions within Microsoft's APIs:

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/users

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/groups

Safeture Employee API

If you don’t have an HR tool, you can still sync employee data seamlessly using our Employee API. This solution allows you to upload and manage employee information directly.
