Analytics Module Enhancements

We are happy to announce that the enhancements to the Analytics Module in the Safeture Web Portal are now live. These updates introduce new reports, improved filtering options, and enhanced data insights to help you manage alerts and travel statistics more effectively. 

What’s New?

• New All Alerts Report – The new "All Alerts" report enables you to view statistics for all published alerts. You can filter alerts by risk intelligence supplier and custom alerts and refine results based on country risk level. Additionally, a new city bar graph provides more granular insights, enabling you to see how many alerts have been published in specific cities. The new city bar graph has also been added to the User Alerts Overview and the Facility Alerts Overview reports.

• New Travel Statistics Report – Access detailed information on various travel segments, including Travel Days statistics. The report also introduces city-level filters and a city bar chart for more detailed insights.

• Enhanced filtering options and clearer label descriptions – We have introduced a new tag filter across all views featuring users or facilities, along with enhancements to clarify the meanings of the different labels.

New User Module

Release date: March 18, 2025

The new and improved User Module is now live in the Safeture Web Portal. This update brings a more streamlined and intuitive way to manage users, making it easier than ever to maintain a clear overview.

What’s New?

We’ve replaced the old structure of Users, Contacts, and Travelers with a single, unified "All Users" list. Now, individuals are categorized into two access levels, with additional status indicators to reflect their current state.

New Access Levels

Basic – Limited access (SMS and Email only). Includes previously known "Contacts" and auto-generated "Travelers". These users do not have access to the platform in the form of login credentials.

Core – Full access to core services, including the mobile app and web portal (modules may vary based on your agreement).

New Status Indicators

Temporary – Auto-created from a travel booking.

Active Trip – Traveling now or within an extended PNR segment.

Upcoming Trip – Scheduled for future travel.

Using App – Has installed the Safeture mobile app.

What This Means for You

Easier user management – A clearer, more structured approach to handling all users.

Improved visibility – Quickly identify a user’s status at a glance.

More efficiency – No more switching between different lists!
