How to manually start a Safety Check
This guide walks you through how to manually start a Safety Check.
You can do this in three ways: from the Security Overview Map, in response to an alert, or from a Facility.
Start a Safety Check via the Security Overview
To start a Safety Check from the Security Overview, select the polygon tool on the right side of the map and draw around the desired area. A list of users and Facilities within that area will then appear on the right. To start a Safety Check for these individuals, click the Safety Check button at the top of the list.

In Reach Out you get an overview of the affected people and who will be included in the Safety Check.
When starting a Safety Check from an alert, Safety Check Premium also includes an option to automatically send the Safety Check to new individuals traveling into the affected area after the check was first initiated.
