The SAP® Concur® integration is now live

We’re excited to announce that Safeture’s integration with SAP Concur is now live!
If your organization uses SAP Concur for travel bookings, you can now automatically sync upcoming trips with Safeture. Bookings created, updated, or cancelled in SAP Concur are automatically reflected in Safeture — reducing manual work and helping you keep traveler information up to date.
With the integration, you can:

Automatically import upcoming trips booked through SAP Concur into Safeture.

Keep itineraries up to date when bookings are changed or cancelled.

Improve traveler visibility with up-to-date travel information, helping you quickly identify and support travelers who may be affected by an incident.

More booking details for travel administrators

We've made it easier to see the full context of your travellers' bookings, both in the web portal and in your exports:

More details on the booking (PNR) page: The "Booking reference" section of each booking now shows the Locator, GDS, Account, TMC, Last update and any Issues. Until now, this information only appeared in the PNR overview.

Richer Segment overview export: The export now includes GDS, Account and TMC for each booking. You get the whole picture in one file, with no need to look up extra details in the web portal.

Consistent naming: The "PNR Locator" column in the PNR overview is now called "Locator", so it matches the name we use everywhere else.
