Improved Scheduled Check-ins now available
Release date: September 1, 2026
Today, we’re launching an improved version of Scheduled Check-ins, with updates designed to make the experience clearer and easier to use for both administrators and end users.
Based on your feedback, we’ve made several improvements, including:
-
A clearer administrator experience: An updated interface that makes it easier to create and manage scheduled check-ins.
-
Clearer push notifications: Users will receive improved notifications that clearly prompt them to open the app and complete their check-in.
-
More flexible scheduling: Administrators now have clearer options for setting up one-time, multiple, or ongoing check-ins.
You can read more about the improved Scheduled Check-ins and how they work here.
What happens to existing Scheduled Check-ins?
No action is required. Any Scheduled Check-ins you currently have configured will automatically be converted to Ongoing Scheduled Check-ins. Their existing schedules will continue as before.
About Scheduled Check-ins
Scheduled Check-ins allow organizations to ask users to confirm that they are safe at predefined times. They can be used to regularly check on employees who are travelling, working alone, or operating in other situations where an organization may want additional reassurance about their safety. Scheduled Check-ins are available as an add-on feature. If they are not currently included in your setup and you would like to learn more, please contact your Safeture representative.
The improved Scheduled Check-ins are available from today. If you have any questions, please contact our Client Development Team at clientdevelopment@safeture.com.
