How do I log in to the web portal?

Go to this link to access the web portal: https://iso.safeture.com/  

In the Username field, enter your username (typically your email address). You will then be automatically redirected to one of two options based on your account configuration:

Log in with Single Sign-On (SSO)
If your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled for your Safeture account, you will be redirected to your organization’s login provider. Follow the prompts to complete the login.

Log in with User ID and Password
If your organization does not have SSO connected to your Safeture account, you’ll be directed to a page to enter your Safeture account password. After entering your password, click submit. If you are an administrator, you’ll also receive a two-factor authentication code via SMS or email. Enter the code in the field provided to complete your login.
