Why aren’t end-user locations appearing on the Web Portal?

If a user’s location isn’t appearing on the map, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:

  • Location Services are not enabled on the device.

  • The user has limited Location Services access for the app to “Only when in use” instead of “Always.”

  • Location Services are disabled within the app.

  • The user recently registered, and the device hasn’t yet sent a location update.

  • The app couldn’t retrieve a valid location, possibly because the user is indoors.

  • The app is blocked from running in the background.

  • The user is offline or experiencing internet connectivity issues.
