Why aren’t end-user locations appearing on the Web Portal?
If a user’s location isn’t appearing on the map, it may be due to one or more of the following reasons:
Location Services are not enabled on the device.
The user has limited Location Services access for the app to “Only when in use” instead of “Always.”
Location Services are disabled within the app.
The user recently registered, and the device hasn’t yet sent a location update.
The app couldn’t retrieve a valid location, possibly because the user is indoors.
The app is blocked from running in the background.
The user is offline or experiencing internet connectivity issues.
