Introduction to SAP Concur
Safeture connects directly to SAP Concur to automatically import your travelers' trip bookings. Once the integration is active, upcoming trips are synced to Safeture as soon as they are booked, giving you up-to-date visibility of where your travelers are. Safeture monitors risks that may affect their trips, helping you identify and contact affected travelers when an incident occurs.
How to connect Safeture to SAP Concur

Get your Safeture credentials
Your Safeture contact will provide:

Customer UUID
-
Connection code

Open Safeture in the SAP Concur App Center
Log in to your SAP Concur account and open the Safeture listing for your data center:

US Data Center: Safeture in the SAP Concur App Center

EU Data Center: Safeture in the SAP Concur App Center
A public listing is also available for the US/Global and UK markets.

Enter your Safeture account details
Enter your customer UUID as the Account ID, followed by the connection code provided by Safeture.
SAP Concur validates the details before establishing the connection.

Start syncing trips
Once the connection is established, your upcoming trips are automatically imported into Safeture. New trips and future changes are synced automatically.
