New Visualization Interface in the Analytics Module

Today, we're beginning the rollout of an update to the underlying tool used for data visualisation within our Analytics module. We’re migrating reports gradually, starting with the most commonly used ones. Your data and dashboards will remain unchanged, with a refreshed visual appearance.

We’ve also resolved a bug affecting how users impacted by alerts were reported. If you’ve already exported 2025 data, please note that recent corrections may result in variations compared to earlier figures.

This update gives us greater flexibility to evolve the user interface over time, enabling a more consistent, intuitive, and easier-to-navigate analytics experience in the future.

Welcome SMS update

We are updating the way our platform delivers Welcome SMS messages when entering a new country. These updates are not expected to impact the overall experience, but the delivery behaviour may differ slightly compared to before.
