How do I contact end users?

You can contact end users directly from the Dashboard or Partner Dashboard using the message buttons.

From the dashboards, you can message all users affected by the information displayed in various widgets, such as those impacted by an alert.

Additionally, in the Security Overview, you can use the map's Quick Selector to target specific individuals and facilities.

Through the Communication Module in the Web Portal, administrators can also send messages to specific end-users based on their current location, travel plans, and more.
