The implementation of this solution is proprietary, but the system works in such a way that when a Red Alert is sent to a user (always by SMS when the user is traveling abroad), it uses multiple routes that are dynamically adapted to the current status of the global mobile operators’ interconnections to maximize the chance of the user receiving the SMS.
