What do I do if I haven't received the two-factor authentication code that is required to enter the web portal?
We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your authentication code when logging onto the Safeture web portal. Please follow the procedure below to receive a new code:
Open the web portal and log in.
Open the app and go to the 2-factor authenticator available under the three dots menu.
Enter the displayed code into the web portal and proceed.
