What is a manual check-in?

A manual check-in is an action that will send your up-to-date location to the system with respect to your privacy settings.

1. Click the house icon in the bottom navigation bar

2. Click the check in-button

The check-in button is located at the top right of the home page. When clicking it, you will send the system your up-to-date location, respecting your privacy settings.

If the check-in button is pressed without internet access, the app will prompt if you want to "Try using SMS" to send your location.

Scheduled check-ins

If a web portal administrator has scheduled a check-in for you on a specific day and time, you will receive a push notification reminding you to check in and send your location. The first reminder will be sent at the beginning of the check-in time window, allowing you some time before the deadline to complete the action. If the check-in has not been performed, additional reminders will be sent every two hours for a total of four times.
