Responding to Alerts and Confirming Your Safety

If an app user is near an incident marked as medium or high risk, they will receive an alert through the app with an "I’m OK" button. If the incident does not directly impact them, they can notify the administrator of their safety by pressing this button.

Steps to Confirm Safety via Alerts:

1. Tap on the Alerts Icon
   In the bottom navigation bar, select the alerts icon to view all active alerts.

2. Select the Alert to Respond To
   From the list, click on the specific alert you wish to respond to. Medium-risk alerts are highlighted with a yellow circle, while high-risk alerts are marked with a red circle.

3. Click "I’m OK"
   By pressing the "I’m OK" button, a message confirming your safety will be sent to administrators on the web portal.
