Log in to the mobile application
This guide will help you log in to the Safeture Application if you already have a Safeture account. If you have not yet created a Safeture account, please click here to see how to do so with Single sign-on and click here to do it with a Subscription ID. Now, let’s get started!
Please check with the responsible administrator of the Safeture platform at your organization which log-in method you should choose.
1. Open the Safeture Application on your iOS or Android phone

2. Enter your email address. Press submit.

3. Select log in method
You will now be automatically redirected to one of the following two options, depending on the configuration of your account:
Log in with single sign-on (SSO): If your organization has Single sign-on (SSO) functionality connected to your Safeture account, you will be redirected to your organization’s login provider. Please complete the steps that follow.
Log in with email and password: If your organization does not have Single sign-on (SSO) functionalities connected to your Safeture account, you will be forwarded to a page to enter your password and press the sign-in button.

4. Select registration option
On the phone registration page, you have the following two options:
Register: Press the “Register”-button to register your mobile phone number manually by entering your phone number. You will receive a verification code via SMS. Enter the code in the verification code field and press verify. Please use this option if you are located in China or Russia.
Register via SMS: Press the “Register via SMS”-button and send the verification SMS that pops up (This may result in charges of local SMS fees by your provider).
