Web Portal Usage for App Users

Safeture App users can access a pared-down version of the web portal with their app login credentials. In this version of the web portal, users can access alert and travel risk warnings via the Security Overview map, view country and medical information and prepare for their trip using the E-learning module (if enabled by their organization).

Security Overview

The Security Overview map provides a visual representation of various risks, allowing users to quickly identify potential threats through plotted alerts and travel warnings.Users can choose between several map types onto which different information layers can be added.

Click the layers icon in the top-right corner to switch map types or manage visible information layers.

Available information layers for App users using the web portal are:

• Country Risk

• Travel Warnings

• Alerts

• Add-on: Riskline City Reports

• Add-on: Riskline Regional Advisories

• Add-on: Riskline National/Multinational Advisories

Country Information

Both the Safeture Web Portal and Mobile Application provide easy access to a comprehensive database of country-specific information, covering 230 countries. In the Country Information Module of the web portal, you'll find detailed content on each country, including risk assessments, security issues, passport and visa requirements, medical information, and more.

Medical

The Medical Module provides extensive information on various conditions, diseases, and medications. This information is also accessible via the Safeture Mobile Application, ensuring easy access for traveling users.

The module is organized into two sections:

Medications Section

The Medications section provides access to a database of medications. The details are organized under headings such as:

• Brand names

• Side effects

• Potential drug interactions

Conditions/Diseases Section

In this section, you’ll find detailed information on various medical conditions. Each condition is outlined with:

• A description

• Symptoms

• Prevention strategies

This module equips users with vital medical knowledge for safer travel.

E-Learning

The E-Learning Module is an add-on, available to App users in the web portal if their organization has enabled it. It supports a proactive approach to risk management by offering essential training and preparation. It features 12 comprehensive courses designed to equip employees with the knowledge to handle a wide range of risks. Each course combines educational content with videos and concludes with a quiz to assess understanding.
