Introduction to the Analytics Module
The Analytics Module consolidates data from various areas of the platform, providing your organization with insights into historical threat exposure, emergency responses, platform usage, and travel patterns. All data is anonymized to ensure individual privacy.
General Information
Data History
The Analytics Module displays data going back approximately three years, although the starting point may vary depending on the data type.
Data Refresh
Data is updated daily, starting at 5:00 am (CET). Please note that the update process may take some time to complete.
Default Filters
Filtering options for accounts and user groups are available in the left side menu of each data view throughout the Analytics Module. These filters allow you to narrow down data to specific accounts or groups of users for more targeted analysis. All views displaying user data also include tag-based filtering.
The account filter is visible only to administrators with multi-account access, and it may take up to 24 hours for a newly granted account to appear in the filter options.
Filtering settings apply only to the current view and do not carry over when switching between different analytics pages.
