Introduction to the Communication Module

The Communication Module provides a fast and reliable solution for connecting with individuals or large groups during critical situations. It allows seamless interaction with your users through two primary methods: Chats and Messages.

Additionally, the module offers features to manage Message Templates, Message Recipients, and upload Documents (add-on), ensuring efficient and organized communication.

Chat or Message
