Email parsing issues

Administrators can subscribe to emails notifying them about email parsing issues. If there are any failed attempts to integrate travel data, the subscription will alert administrators about incorrect parsed travel data and the cause of the error.

How to activate this subscription:

1. In the Safeture Platform (Web Portal), click on your account name in the upper right corner.

2. Select “Settings” and go to the "Notification settings" widget.

3. Click on “Email subscriptions” and enable notifications for Email parsing issues.
